I bought the units 6-20-2016. They seemed comfortable in the store. Now I can't sit on them more than 30 min w/o lower back pain. There is too much upper back padding and no lumbar support for lower back. The support for the seat seems to have failed so I sink down...

I emailed the company back in the summer. I wanted to know if their furniture is for everyday use or is it just for show, so when we first got it about 3 months later the threads started to come out on one of the seats. they came out. they repaired it. now on each...

The extended warranty was not offered. The chair with all of the power went out after 1 year and 3 months. Went into store and they offered parts, ordered, would not install. Can not install called their service wanted $75.00 plus additional every 1/2 hour. Thought...

Franklin Furniture Recliner Review

Franklin Furniture
#750414
After only 4 years of light use our recliner looks like it is 20 years old. The leather is peeling off and the chair sits one sided. My husband is having back pain from trying to sit in it. I contacted the furniture store where I bought it and they tell me there's nothing they can do. I am a very dissatisfied customer and will NEVER buy another Franklin product.

Got a recall on recliner sofa. Contact company. Haven't heard from them in 3 months about parts for my sofa. I no longer want their product.

I read the reviews of Franklin. 2 stars. Then, I compared this to Thomasville and Broyhill. These were 1 star. Is all this furniture junk?? Or, are the only complaints so negative?? We purchased the Franklin Brayden Collection recliner couches. We only had room...

I have the same set and the middle cushion (which no one ever sits on) has a big gaping hole. My sofa/loveseat set is only 2 1/2 years old and started to split while under warranty. We had two of the seats redone. Repairing them did not do any good, as they are the...

Approximately 18 months ago, we spent over $5,000 on a powered Franklin leather sofa, love seat, and corner piece (sectional). It by far has been the VERY WORST furniture we have ever owned. We explained to our sales person we were looking for quality construction and...

We have had our reclining sofa for a little over two years now. It still looks like it did from the showroom because we take care of it and we barely use it. Last year it started making a popping when you reclined it so I called to have it serviced. Someone came out...

Bought 2 recliners, one was supposed to be leather. It was bonded leather which has now peeled horribly. The smaller one has already been fixed once and is now hardly fit to sit in. The "leather" chair has been fixed 3 times and has been broken for 6 months this time. I...
