The comfort level is practically nonexistent, especially in the back lumbar region.The power switch went out, and of course, it was 6 months after warranty expired.
Avoid purchasing if at all possible!!! Lost $800 on this purchase... I contacted North Carolina Furniture, and they called Franklin for the part which had to be paid for up front. NC also had a fee to do the repair.
I have to say that the store did get right on ordering the part, but it remains to be seen how quickly the repair gets done.I am unhappy with Franklin for poor quality furniture and North Carolina Furniture for selling this shoddy product.
