The comfort level is practically nonexistent, especially in the back lumbar region. The power switch went out, and of course, it was 6 months after warranty expired.

Avoid purchasing if at all possible!!! Lost $800 on this purchase... I contacted North Carolina Furniture, and they called Franklin for the part which had to be paid for up front. NC also had a fee to do the repair.

I have to say that the store did get right on ordering the part, but it remains to be seen how quickly the repair gets done. I am unhappy with Franklin for poor quality furniture and North Carolina Furniture for selling this shoddy product.
