Franklin Furniture - Poor furniture
After approximately 1 year, my sofa started peeling. I contacted the company that I bought it from. After MONTHS, of NOT getting anywhere with them (they were always waiting to hear from the salesman), I demanded the salesman’s name & number. After asking for that more...

I am concerned about the reviews as not being fair. As a furniture dealer. The consumer needs to contact the business to help with the matters. Franklin and other manufactures so not deal with consumers directly. Your reviewers should contact the dealer they bought the...

Franklin Furniture - Bad chair no help

Franklin Furniture
#1112160
We bought one of their recliners back in April of this year. It has got to be the worst chair we have ever bought. I have emailed them twice. No answer from them. So their chairs don't last and their customer service is terrible. I would not recommend ther furniture at all.

Bought a Franklin rocker recliner 2 years ago. One of the metal bars that operates the foot rest broke. I fixed chair. Now both metal bars that support back broke. The chairs material held up beautiful but the metal supports are junk.

Less than 3 years after purchasing a power-recliner sofa with storage console, the "faux leather" has begun to shred. Not even close to leather at all, but paper-thin vinyl bonded to some kind of foam backing, the vinyl has separated from the backing and is simply...

The comfort level is practically nonexistent, especially in the back lumbar region. The power switch went out, and of course, it was 6 months after warranty expired. Avoid purchasing if at all possible!!! Lost $800 on this purchase... I contacted North Carolina...

I bought a Franklin made sofa about 3 years ago. Within 6 months, it looked horrible! The materials came loose, the stuffing continually fell out and the mechanical parts broke. I got rid of it thinking it was just a fluke. I went and purchased another sofa and...

I bought a recliner in August 2015. In less than a year the frame broke, the recliner handle broke and the chair leans to the right which pretty much means the chair is utterly useless. The lower back lumbar support is non-existent. I had to use throw pillows to create...

I bought their power recliner, the chair is already not working correctly, the service tech is three hours away and charges for travel time. The chair is useless after a year of use, you cannot recline anymore. I have never had a piece of furniture fall apart so...

We purchased a $480 Franklin Legacy lift chair from Costco for my 83-year-old mother in 2013. At Christmas this year, the hand controller stopped working for the down direction. The warranty on the controller was for 3 years and would expire on 12/27/2016. I promptly...
